Shipping and Return Policy

All LaBratory products are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Canadian-bound orders containing less than 25 items are shipped within 24 hours and are shipped using either UPS Ground, or UPS 2-Day Service.

USA -bound orders containing less than 25 items are shipped within 24 hours and are shipped using either UPS International Ground, or UPS International Express Service.

All products shipped from our warehouse will have tracking associated with them and you will automatically be emailed a tracking number when the order ships. Carrier type and tracking number will be sent to you in an email.

Returns

 

Thank you for shopping with LaBratory Bras. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

Please contact us if you would like to return your product and we will provide instructions on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Canadian customers may request a return shipping label by email at hello@labratorybras.com

International customers may contact us through the same email for shipping instructions. 

Refunds for Defective Products

Returns of defective products will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 5 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
